TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The package is valid for September 2024 or 2025 event. Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Reservations must be made at least 90 days in advance of travel. Hotel may be substituted with equal or similar accommodations.
Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for travel package and must return completed form to reservations@philantopia.com. The package is valid for September 2024 or 2025 event. Travel must be completed on specified date. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
