Mike Hess is the founder of Philantopia and a 30-year veteran of the resort, real estate, and hospitality industries. Mike has provided strategic, tactical, financial, and transformational leadership resulting in many successful ventures such as; The Peaks Resort & Spa, Epiphany Clubs & Resorts, Abercrombie & Kent Destination Club, Angel Fire Ski Resort, Telluride Ski & Golf Resort, and EuropeByAir.com. Kate Woods, Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships

Kate started her career in high-tech and software sales in Denver, and made her move to Telluride, CO in 2003. She quickly found her niche in resort real estate sales and hospitality management, and enjoys the dynamic nature of resort lifestyle, its seasonality, and the friends and clients she has made over the years through her work in Telluride. As a 10-year veteran of resort real estate sales and hospitality management, and a lifetime veteran of worldwide travel, Kate joined Philantopia in 2012 after earning her M.B.A from the University of Washington. She enjoys working with and creating new Philantopia partnerships, and creating the best fundraising solutions for Philantopia’s clients, partners, and customers. Joanne Cole, Fundraising Advisor

Joanne worked in Community Radio as a Development Director for 18 years before joining Philantopia in 2010. Her passion is connecting with organizations to make their fundraising efforts successful, thereby aiding in the great work being done. She currently divides her time between Boulder, CO and New Orleans, LA where she is involved in several philanthropic endeavors. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to creating lasting relationships has earned her high praise from both peers and clients. Tiffany Raif, Fundraising Advisor

Tiffany Raif assists charities and non-profits with fundraising efforts through the development and execution of extraordinary travel packages.
