Description
TERM and CONDITIONS: All reservations are based on availability and can only be booked within 6 months of preferred travel date. Blackout Dates: Bluegrass Festival week, 4th of July week (July 1-9), Labor Day (Sept. 1-6), Blues and Brews Festival week, Christmas and New Year’s weeks (Dec. 19-Jan. 7), Presidents’ week (Feb. 13-20), Spring Break (Mar. 6-20).
Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for each travel package. Purchaser has two years from event/purchase date to complete travel. Purchaser must return completed booking form to reservations@philantopia.com and book travel within 6 months of preferred travel date. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
