Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, and must be booked within one year of the date of sale. Travel must take place within 12 months of the date of sale. All packages are non-refundable and may not be resold.

Winning bidders may modify and/or upgrade their flights and/or hotels when using our concierge to book their travel, and will be charged separately for any additional costs associated with those upgrades and/or changes.
The following blackout dates apply: The week of New Years, the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ground transportation is not included unless specifically outlined
