TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Includes all taxes except tourist tax. Saturday to Saturday stay. Blackout Dates: Christmas Week, New Years’ Week, Easter Week, and Last Saturday of May – first Saturday of September. In the event Villa Magnolia is not available during your preferred travel date, we offer other Villas which you may also book for an equal or greater value and they offer all the same amenities as Villa Magnolia. Additional Villas include: Villa San Pietro, Casa i Pini and Tenuta Pomona. Cancellation Policy: Any changes to reservations must be made prior to 60 days of confirmed guest arrival. If cancellation is less than 60 days of arrival, no booking or refund will be allowed.

Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for each travel package. Purchaser has one year from event/purchase date to return completed form to reservations@philantopia.com and book trip. Travel must be completed within two years from date of event/purchase. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
