Blackout Dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter weeks. Availability is limited in March.
Upon completion of purchase, bid winner will receive a traveler booking form and has one year from event date to submit form to reservations@philantopia.com. Travel must be completed within two years from date of event/purchase. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
