TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Accommodations are in a standard guest room with a king bed or two twin beds and are based on availability. The package excludes; airfare, airport transfers, drinks, laundry, and extra excursions.

Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for each travel package. Purchaser has one year from event/purchase date to return completed form to reservations@philantopia.com and book trip. Travel must be completed within two years from date of event/purchase. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
