Limited availability in June and July. Some restrictions may apply during special events. Blackout dates: Apr 10-15, July 4-7, Aug 20-23, Sep 7-13, 18-20. A minimum 45 day advance reservation is required. Purchaser has 18 months from event date to submit form to reservations@philantopia.com and complete travel. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation prior to arrival may be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.
