These alpine-style, luxury log homes are beautifully furnished with vaulted ceilings, rock fireplace, wood floors, and stunning mountain views; everything you need for a fantastic mountain getaway! Guests will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops, a private deck with grill, and an extensive entertainment system with smart TVs. #3. Sell your travel packages at your event and meet your fundraising goal.
The best part? You don’t pay a dime until after your event and your packages sell.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All reservations are based on availability and can only be booked within 6 months of preferred travel date. Blackout Dates: Bluegrass Festival week, 4th of July week (July 1-9), Labor Day (Sept. 1-6), Blues and Brews Festival week, Christmas and New Year’s weeks (Dec. 19-Jan. 7), Presidents’ week (Feb. 13-20), Spring Break (Mar. 6-20).
Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for each travel package. *A travel professional to assist with additional flights, excursions, and experiences beyond those included in the package is available at an additional fee. Purchaser has two years from event/purchase date to complete travel. Purchaser must return completed booking form to reservations@philantopia.com and book travel within 6 months of preferred travel date. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
