TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Blackout dates: May 13-15, Memorial Day weekend, Jul 1-5, Labor Day weekend. Hotel may be substituted with equal or similar accommodations. Tour runs on specific days of the week and at specific times. If tour is not available, it may be substituted with equal or similar experience. A minimum 45 day advance reservation is required. Purchaser has 18 months from event date to submit form to reservations@philantopia.com and complete travel.
