Blackout Dates: December 15 – January 5, Sunday – Sunday of Thanksgiving week, Thursday – Tuesday of Easter weekend.

Upon completion of purchase, bid winner will receive a traveler booking form from Philantopia and has one year from event date to submit form to reservations@philantopia.com and complete travel. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
