TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel experiences must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance, and must be completed within 18 months of the event. *Excludes weekends (Friday – Sunday can be booked at an additional charge). **Dinner reservations are required. Dinner items from a select menu.

All recipients are required to follow local COVID-19 protocols set forth by their destination country and experience prior to, during, and following travel. Should the recipient choose not to adhere to guidelines resulting in an inability to travel or to participate in their experience,
Philantopia holds no liability and is not required to issue a refund or provide an alternative.

Purchaser will receive a traveler’s booking form from Philantopia for each travel package. Purchaser has one year from event/purchase date to return completed form to reservations@philantopia.com and book trip. Travel must be completed within 18 months from date of event/purchase. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
