Description
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Reservations are based upon availability. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. Airfare and airport transfer not included. Hired car service available for an additional fee to be paid by guest. *A travel professional to assist with additional flights, excursions, and experiences beyond those included in the package is available at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: Any changes to reservations must be made at least 90 days prior to guest arrival. Cancellations or changes made less than 90 days prior to arrival will not be refunded nor allowed to rebook. Reservations and rebookings must fall within the package’s use-by dates. The villa may not be suitable for young children.
Blackout Dates:
2024: October 11-18, October 31-November 3, December 20-27
2025: January 10-20, May 9- June 30, July 13-20, September 6-13, October 5-12
Upon completion of purchase, bid winner will receive a traveler booking form and must submit form to reservations@philantopia.com and complete travel by December 31, 2025. All packages are non- returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
