TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Reservations are based upon availability. Villa one has 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds (4 beds). Villa two has 4 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds (4 beds).

If the cost of the activity exceeds the $800 resort credit, guests would be responsible for the difference. Guests will be picked up by a chauffeur at the airport and transported to the resort for their ultimate vacation experience. *Includes; two roundtrip shuttles to/from SJD Airport (9 people per group). Recommended that guests book flights that arrive at similar times. Additional shuttles are available for a fee (to be paid by the guests). Blackout dates: Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Day weekend, March 19th- May 8th, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving. *Travel Advisor to assist in all your travel planning to get you to your destination.

Upon completion of purchase, bid winner will receive a traveler booking form and has one year from event date to submit form to reservations@philantopia.com and complete travel.
