TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Package cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, and to the states of South Dakota, Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, Mississippi, and Vermont. Delivery time takes approximately 25-30 days. The caviar and the wine/spirits will be shipped separately. Once the wine/spirits shipment has cleared U.S. customs, a tracking number will be issued and forwarded to your attention in order for you to follow the status of the shipment. Once you confirm that you received the wine/spirits, we will then ship the caviar, which will arrive within 48 hours. The wine/spirits package will need to be received and signed for by a person over the age of 21.

Purchaser has one year from event/ purchase date to return completed form to reservations@philantopia.com. All packages are nonreturnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No Exceptions.
